* A Night in Puerto Rico – July 12 - Doors open at 7:00 dance from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am Music by Ricky Castillo and Conjunto Castillo. Tickets are $12.00 at the door only. come early!
* July General Meeting July 20th, –1:00 p.m. – 2:30pm Potluck to follow.
* PRUMA Camping Trip Modesto Resovior – July 25-27
* Scholarship Awards Banquet and Dance – Saturday Aug 30th 6: 30 pm to 1:00 am More information to come

This years Dia de San Juan was held on Sat June 28th at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View and was a big success with @3000 in attendance good food and great music it was an event not to be missed.
The event started with a parade of children from the entry to the main stage where the crowd stood for the American national anthem and the Puerto Rican national anthem which was followed by the Latin Rhythm Boys.
This years Event was dedicated to the memory of Fermin “Ming” Pagan. Carmelita was presented with flowers after a tribute to Ming was presented by Tony Pagán.
Miss PRUMA , Amanda Pagán and Little Miss PRUMA, Riley Werder represented PRUMA proudly as they made their way around the Shoreline stopping to answer questions and to take photos with the crowd.
We want to thank all of the PRUMA members who came out and helped WRPRC to make this event successful and to pass out our jar openers at the end of the event and thank our guest for coming. We hope to see you all next year!

The Tee-shirts are a cotton blend and will have the logo printed on the back of the shirt with the PRUMA in red on the left front pocket.
